Izumi's World

For the year 2011 my goal is to write 500,000 words. That's 1370 words per day. That shouldn't be too hard to do as long as I stay on track and write everyday :|

All of these were originally for drabbles20in20 ... but i failed and didn't finish them so have 5/20 drabbles....

Theme: Mirror
Rating: G
Warnings: none

The last thing Kajimoto expects is for Wakato to walk out of the bathroom wearing his clothes and a wig that resembles his own hairstyle. He stares.
 
"Hiroshi, what are you doing...?"
 
It's creepy how it's almost like looking in a mirror. The redhead has even gone so far as wearing a pair of contact to change his eyes.
 
"I wanted to see how well I could imitate you." Wakato answers, copying one of his mannerisms almost perfectly.
 
Kajimoto shakes his head. Wakato may look like him, but he's going to have to work on his voice.


Theme: Minor
Rating: g

"You need to be more careful," Kajimoto says as he wraps Wakato's foot with bandages.
 
Wakato shrugs. "Hey I can't help it if practice is hard work." He tries to wiggle his foot and winces slightly. "It's not that bad anyway. Just a small sprain..." 
 
"A small sprain that you need to stay off of," Kajimoto scolds. "You don't want to risk making it worse."
 
Wakato waves a hand at him. "I know. I know. Don't remind me. I'll stay off of it so I can get back to tennis as soon as possible."


Theme: Mimic
Rating: g
Warnings: none

Kajimoto rolls his eyes as he watches Wakato mimic yet another famous tennis pro. The other can sit for hours watching, analyzing, and memorizing movements and mannerisms and it makes him wonder how Wakato can remember it all.
 
And it goes beyond watching tennis pros. Wakato mimics other people out of fun and to mess with them. Though he only really goes for copying more interesting people. It really gets old after a while and sooner or later Wakato is going to need to find a new hobby. He'll have to. Kajimoto is getting tired of being mimicked himself.


Theme: Middle
Rating: G
Warnings: none

Kajimoto hates being the mediator between Wakato and the twins. It's as if Wakato just has to antagonize the twins at every chance he gets and Youhei and Kouhei aren't much better. 
 
Wakato complains about girly twins and the twins complain about his almost always present fangirls. Kajimoto frowns at the name calling. Even if the twins are just a bit girly-looking, Wakato shouldn't call them that, but the fangirl complaints are justifiable. The girls are always there. Though he's pretty sure the three get along best when they argue, he still dislike being mediator.


Theme: Cake
Rating: G
Warnings: None

Wakato knows that he isn't good at cooking. This has been proven many times before and he's sure it'll be proven more in the future. But this doesn't stop him from trying to make something for Kajimoto's birthday. How hard could it really be to make a cake. He has the directions afterall.
 
The cake ends up burnt. It's only to be expected. Kajimoto shakes his head and thanks him for the effort anyway before he tells Wakato not to try and cook anything for him again. Wakato doesn't think he'll listen.

*sigh* I feel like half my muses are dead :|

So.. I have 21 muses. 3 of which are homeless -pets them- so they don't count towards being dead... so that leaves 18 with a home

So I'm thinking of dropping a few >.< even though I know that new ones will probably take their pace immediately... *sigh*

so gone are hiyoshi and shudou at pot_lj I don't think I'll ever part with Davide or Kajimoto *hugs them*
vanishingrp 's inui is gone to... I've lost track of the game >>;;
The same goes for route_29 's inui and tasuki... I've lost track of the game, but i might play there again at some point down the road. Maybe in a couple of months ^^
pot_university 's touji is gone :(

and tenicamp 's akutsu is hanging by a thread =.= *flops* this is a muse I don't want to lose, but i think he really is gone. After almost two and a half years of having him, I can't seem to ind him at all to play with him... *flops*I though he'd came back, but he's gone again :\ I've been thinking about dropping him, but... *headdesk*

I guess it also doesn't help that I have a Wakato and a Kajimoto muse that are both wanting his place :\

But muse angst aside >>;; I should be writing fics~! *pokes at prompt tables*

I'm contemplating making a journal just for artsies.  This year I want to improve my art and maybe draw a small comic or something... and even draw some fanart too. I've got my sketchbook, a huge pack of printer paper to draw on, and about 20 original character headshots to to ink and color and make pretty.

Gah I really need to draw more than hedshots >< I won't get anywhere if I don't...
